This page explains what information Qwizard collects and why.

Information we collect

• When you subscribe: your name and email address, so we can create your licence and send the activation link.
• Your device: a device token and a hashed device fingerprint, so a licence works on one device.
• Your study activity: the topics you search, the notes you save and the practice tests you take.
• For organisations and organisers: names, email addresses and mobile numbers of organisers, and the details candidates give to register for a test.
• Test results: answers, marks and time taken, and the result token given to the candidate.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure pages and are never seen or stored by Qwizard. We keep only the payment reference, the amount, the status and the payment method (for example UPI or card) so we can confirm your purchase and help you if there is a problem.

How we use information

To run the service, confirm payments, send activation and login emails, prevent misuse, and improve Qwizard. We do not sell your personal information.

AI providers

The topics and prompts you enter are sent to an AI provider so that notes and questions can be written. Please do not enter sensitive personal information as a topic.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your device for your licence, and to protect forms from forgery. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics may also set cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to remove a published result, from the contact page.
